Vinařství Liběchov
Pracujeme na obnově zašlé slávy tohoto města historicky spojeného s výrobou vína. Po letech, kdy většina objektů v Liběchově pustla, přichází investor s vizí transformace historického vinného sklepa na současný prostor určený k prezentaci a skladování vín z jeho vinařství. Víno je zde uchováno v nerezových tancích, v dřevěných sudech nebo ve speciálních nádobách. Dramaturgii degustace stavíme na architektonických prvcích stávajícího sklepa. Prostoru dáváme nové vrstvy, které umožňují popsat příběh Liběchovského vína současným jazykem.
We are renewing the faded glory of this town, historically tied to the winemaking tradition. New property owner comes after years of deterioration of many of Liběchov´s buildings with a vision: to transform a historical wine cellar into a contemporary space for presentation and storage of wines from his vineyard. Wine is kept in stainless steel tanks, wooden barrels or special containers. The degustation dramaturgy is built upon architectural elements of the original cellar. New layers, added to the space, help tell the story of Liběchov wine in a modern language.
